I was looking for a new place to study for my final exam and my wife recommended this place. It did not disappoint. The customer service was amazing and so was the coffee and snacks. They get their croissants from LOVE croissant so they obviously have very taste. The atmosphere was nice and they were able to provide a relaxing experience without loud music and plenty of space to get work done. The area I sat in had plug-ins for laptops on all the tables which was very thoughtful. This will definitely become one of my new places to study and get work done.

Every time I come here for appointments with my clients, I get amazed by the ambiance and the movement that comes in and out from this place. From tasty breakfast foods to delicious coffee orders that meet the hearts desires. This place is a gold mine for socializing and getting work done. You have merchandise that is just so A1 - you have to order a shirt like I did today! Pavón just gives a clean vibe that is an ahead of its time and you will never be disappointed by the visit. Ask for AR or HR- they’ll take good care of you! When I want to impress my friends from out of town, I bring them here! This resonates heavily with Austin folks! 10 out of 10! I mean it.

I’ve been coming here often and on since it opened and it is one of them few places that I can stop off and feel comfortable in a large crowd. You will constantly see the owners personally engaged and ensuring that everyone there has a wonderful experience. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in and it seems like they make the extra effort to know everybody personally. I love their drink selections. I’m not a coffee snob, but I know what I don’t like, and I can tell that they put a lot into ensuring every drink out comes consistently and the way it should across the board. 10/10… recommend for any type of atmosphere and a good comfortable Vibe at any time of the day

I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought my visit here was so pleasant. The service was friendly and took my order right away. The pandan charcoal latte was really tasty. I appreciate unique menu items. Even though it was a busy Saturday there was still enough seating, and whoever brought our drink out also evened out our table for us outside.

Good spot with decent selection of food. The service was friendly and fast. The monkey bread, empanada and ham croissant were all great. Coffees were good albeit not as hot as I would've liked.

Great coffee and food. I got the vanilla rose latte and Italian panini. Both were exceptional and unique. The vanilla rose was a perfected vanilla latte with rose hints, no flavor was too overwhelming. Great service and vibes too and not a long wait time.

We recently booked Pavon Coffee Shop’s coffee cart for our event, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, their team was incredibly patient, accommodating, and easy to work with. Their customer service was outstanding—so friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The coffee and matcha were absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. It really added such a special touch to the event and elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend Pavon Coffee Shop for any event—you won’t be disappointed!

This coffee spot in Houston is a great place to grab a drink. I ordered the ube latte, and it was delicious. The sweets were also tasty, but the selection was limited. Overall, I had a good time here. However, it can get crowded inside, and it’s hard to find a seat. We went there during the weekdays, but it was still packed with people and students working. We ended up sitting outside.

What a coffee shop gem! The latte was fantastic, the coffee was smooth and not overly sweet. The croissant was flaky, delicious & unique. It tasted fresh and was fully filled. The guava bun was really tasty as well. The coffee shop is beautifully decorated, with dim lights and plenty of tables inside and outside. The servers were very nice & provided recommendations. Parking is available on the street and a lot nearby.

The hours for nicely into a search for evening activities that didn't resolve around drinking considering it was a weekend. The vibes were immaculate! The location had very challenging parking but also resided in a safe area so leaving my vehicle further away and having to walk a bit was a reasonable risk. I tried the Pandan Charcoal Latte; a seasonal item. HIGHLY recommend for anyone with lactose sensitivities, as it's made with coconut milk and for anyone who adores Pandan flavour. It's a stunning drink as well. There were fresh flowers on each table which was surprising and wonderful boost to ambiance. Seating was cozy without feeling cramped. Outside seating is available, though I only experienced indoors. Their food menu looked & smelled delicious (particular their salmon lox on either plain or everything bagel) though I didn't get anything to eat.
